Delivery by Drone?
Recent news reports have focused on the possibility of package delivery coming by autonomous drones. Roger Connor, one of the curators for the “Time and Navigation” exhibit recently spoke about it here: https://insider.si.edu/2013/12/package-delivering-drones-qa-with-roger-connor-of-the-national-air-and-space-museum/. Are you comfortable with the idea of GPS guided autonomous drones delivering packages in your neighborhood?

I don't see it working out in a practical way. It's unnecessarily complex when you take into account all the hardware, radio frequencies being used, legal liabilities and physical consequences of accidents. Seems to me like one of those things that can be done but shouldn't because it's just as much work if not more than regular delivery.
